Terms and Conditions

If you haven't received a product and for some reason it has already ‘gone to god’, let us know as soon as you can, so we can get another one from the cabbage patch for you.   

Considering that there are real people working at Ozinnovation we like them to always be busy.

So if you need to return something to us let us know via email or give us a buzz so we can put those real people to work to ensure everything runs smoothly   

We will move heaven and earth to ensure you are happy, but there are just some things that are out of our control… Like the postage costs, so unfortunately we can’t offer a refund on the postage and handling.

Unless of course, we have stuffed up and sent you the wrong item… things like that can happen when humans get involved. With all that in mind approved returns need be prepaid including. 

Most retailers would never accept a return if you change your mind, but we do! As long as the product is unopened and still brand new, we will accept your return.

You will need to pay for postage of the item back to our warehouse and refund has a $9.90 subcharge or 20% of the item cost to cover our shipping and restocking fee.

Do note that all refunds are for the cost of the product only and do not include the shipping costs.   

Back to those ‘real people’ again, in an effort to ensure they always have plenty of work to do, should you have ANY… I mean ANY issues on receipt of your product give our team a buzz to run through it together. 

Return postage is only applicable if the item is found DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 7 days from the day of dispatch.

We do not want to waste the sweat of our macho logistic guys who make everything happens.

WARRANTY
Please rest assured that all our products have a quality control from the manufacturer we offer WARRANTY return to our base for most of our products.

For your information, we have been trying hard to keep our technicians busy ever since we started the company, but haven’t been able to until now ;)   

You will need to pay for postage of the item back / return to our warehouse   

Warranty Product duration:   

• Battery operated product: 3 Months   
• Electrical Appliance : 6 Months   
• Description with 1 year warranty logo: 1 Year ;)

Exclusions
Replacements or refunds under warranty do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product or as noted on the product listing.
If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, OZinnovations expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, warranties will only apply to products used for personal / private use. Using products purchased from OZinnovations for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided.
