There are no express warranties which extends beyond the description on the face hereof.

SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Since Ozinnovations.com.au cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, Ozinnovations will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. No warranties will apply if the products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by Ozinnovations.

Ozinnovations Warranty Policy

Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival, then the customer must notify us within 14 days and discuss to resend the product back for replacement.

Ozinovations does not accept any unauthorised returns, please email info@ozinnovations.com.au first to authorise a product return. Email will be responded within 24-48 hours (weekdays)

Manufacturer & Replacement Warranty

All our products carries either manufacturer or replacement warranty ranging from 6 months - 1 year. Customers should read the product's individual page regarding manufacturer/replacement warranty.

Customers may be required to contact the manufacturers technical support department directly to acquire authorisation to return any faulty product.

How to Return Merchandise

Ozinnovations does not accept any unauthorised returns. Returns must be authorised first by following these steps.

• Please email us on info@ozinnovations.com.au quote the invoice number.
• Place the original package inside another shipping carton, along with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why the original merchandise is being returned.
• DO NOT mark on the original container or use as a shipping carton.
• Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Ozinnovations within 14 days from the invoice date, at ozinnovations's discretion for credit or exchange.

All our item comes with 14-day exchange or refund if you change your mind. The 14 days starts from the date of delivery.

The item must be in saleable condition with original packaging and complete will all components and accessories.Only the item price is elegible for refund.

Postage & Handling charges are not refundable unless the wrong goods were sent.

Our Refund Policy

Your entitled to choose a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you've bought are:

• faulty
• significantly different to those shown or described to you
• not doing what they're supposed to do

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind unless this was a condition of the sale or part of ozinnovation's advertised policy.
